ord Ganesha  or Ganpati  is very special for artists and all creative people. the elephant god Ganesha symbolizes new beginning and unleashing of creative energy. Ganesha also known as Vinayaka. Is believed to remove all obstacles in our life. let us enjoy the interpretation of this unique deity by me.

Carrying the forces in his belly, his eyes symbolize being focused and concentrate on a particular goal. and his hand held in the gesture of Abhaya mudra which represents protection ,fearlessness and blessings . a painting of lord ganesha  in your home is a divine source of auspiciousness and success.

Here's a step by step guide to creating Ganesha painting:-

Start with a rough sketch of ganesha on your canvas. I am using 14 by 18 inches canvas. consider the composition, proportions, and placement of the deity.

Mixing colors:-


Create a color palette inspired by traditional Indian art or your personal preferences. 

I am using white and black color for skin tone. using white for ganesha 's skin tone can create a unique and striking effect. white color attracts prosperity and good luck in the live . this color give my painting a serene and peaceful appearance symbolize purity and innocence. create a beautiful contrast with the surrounding colors. to make white skin tone work. I am balancing it with warm colors for clothing to avoid a washed out look. for clothing I am using orange and yellow tone. for  texture or depth using gray color. you can also experiment with different brushstrokes and techniques to add visual interest.


Golden base for Ganesha 's adornment's 

Golden base :

Adding  a  golden color sense of luxury and opulence complements the white skin tone nicely and creates a warm and inviting glow.

Red stones - 

Adding  a  red color for stones symbolizes passion , energy and prosperity and create visuals interest represent the third eye or spiritual awakening.

Green stones - 

Adding  a  green color for stones symbolizes growth, harmony, and balance. bring a sense of calmness and serenity of new beginnings and renewal.

background color:-

For background  I  am using permanent blue light and phthalo blue this colors create a stunning contrast with the warm golden jewelry and white skin tone. 


For details :-

for details or adding depth using black color. use a small brush  to paint fine lines and details. some specific areas where you can use black details. ganesha's eyes, eyebrows and eyelashes outlines of the ears, nose and mouth for final touch.
